Our Policies

CHECK IN after 4 p.m. / CHECK OUT before 11 a.m.


QUIET HOURS - 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.


ADDITIONAL FEES – Please note that our rates do not include the 8% Montana Accommodations Tax.

 

CLEANING FEE - $275 flat fee

 

CAMPFIRES - while we understand how enjoyable a campfire is in the woods; the property is too special for the risk of wildfire - campfires are strictly prohibited.

 

NO SMOKING - anywhere on property - not in the cabins or outside. The danger of fire is too high and a $500 fine plus cleaning/damage fee will apply if our no smoking policy is found to be broken. Vaping allowed outside only.

 

OCCUPANCY - Cabin overnight guest limit is 5 people, and parking is available for no more than 2 vehicles per cabin. If you need to bring a trailer or larger vehicle, please notify us at time of booking for info regarding parking. Absolutely no guests to stay overnight in a recreational vehicle on property.

 

ATV’s - no ATV use of any type (side-by-sides, dirt bikes, 4-wheelers, snowmobiles, etc.) on property. No motorized vehicles off main roads. Path around lake is for walking or bicycle use only

 

FIREARMS/FIREWORKS - discharging of firearms and use of fireworks is strictly prohibited.

 

HUNTING - No hunting on the property - for the safety of you and our other guests, there is no hunting allowed on property.

 

WILDLIFE INTERACTION PREVENTION – All Guests must adhere to wildlife interaction prevention policies. No coolers, food items or cooking items left unsupervised outside. All trash must be disposed of in the provided bear-proof trash receptacle.

 

PET POLICY –
ï‚· Dogs are allowed, limit of 2 per cabin. It is mandatory to declare that you will have dog/s during your stay and to provide information requested in advance of your stay.
ï‚· Doggies – please train your humans to pick up your waste and dispose of properly.
ï‚· If your pet barks, they may not be tied up outside and pets must be on leash, while on property, to prevent excited chasing of wildlife.
ï‚· Sorry, dogs are not allowed in the lake.

ï‚· Dogs may never be left alone inside cabins, even for a few minutes, due to high potential for stress-induced damage. If you must leave dog/s inside cabin, they must be kenneled (guest-provided)
ï‚· No pets on furniture - please provide your own coverings for beds and chairs in case you cannot control your dog jumping onto furniture.
ï‚· If your dog expresses aggressive behavior,
ï‚· Guests are responsible for any damage done by pets and for any cleaning costs required from pet use.

 

USE OF PROPERTY –
ï‚· The property is for residential purposes only. Guests agree to use the property respectfully, following all house rules, and report any damages or breakages immediately.
ï‚· No Events or Parties – parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited on the property unless prior, written, approval of scope of gathering is approved.
Breach of this policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund

 

LAKE USE – Lake access for fishing, swimming, launching of non-motorized watercraft limited to the dock. Wading or swimming from shore is prohibited.

 

STORAGE OF SPORTS/HUNTING EQUIPMENT – storage of all bicycles, fishing/hunting equipment, watercraft, coolers limited to attached outside storage room only. Sports/hunting equipment may not be brought into cabin/s.

Logging Camp Cabins reserves the right to cancel the remainder of any reservation, without refund, that does not adhere to the above policies

Cancellation:

​

Guest shall receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. If Guest cancels the reservation less than fourteen (14) days before the Arrival Date, the Total Amount Due will be forfeited. If guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, Guest will receive a 50% refund for all nights. If Guest cancels between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
